Stall Holders
The Beef Week Queen Program celebrates leadership, community spirit, confidence, and a genuine passion for the Northern Rivers. Our Queens and Runners-Up play a vital role in representing Casino, attending events, engaging with visitors, and connecting with local businesses.

Cattle Program
Our 2026 Cattle Program is now available to view, featuring both Led Steer and Stud Cattle sections. We encourage exhibitors to review the program in preparation for entries, which open April 7th and close May 12th. Be sure to familiarise yourself with the schedule, classes, and requirements ahead of time so you’re ready to submit your entries.
Busking Competiton
Get ready to showcase your musical talent at the Busking Competition for Casino Beef Week 2026, proudly presented by Elyce’s Fun Singing!
Whether you're a solo artist, band, or unique performer, this is your chance to step into the spotlight and compete for a place on stage at the iconic Breakfast with The Butchers event.
Across the week, performers will be judged, with the Top 3 finalists selected to take the stage in front of a lively crowd, where one winner will be crowned on the day.
With free entry and no genre restrictions - country, rock, pop, acoustic, or something entirely different - this competition is open to all. If you’ve got talent, we want to hear it!

Ladies Luncheon
Join us for one of Casino Beef Week’s most popular events. Featuring Pip Courtney as MC and keynote speaker Sam Bloom, enjoy an inspiring afternoon of connection, community and celebration at the Casino RSM Club.
Includes alternate drop main and dessert, raffles and an unforgettable atmosphere.

Join us for one of Casino Beef Week’s most popular events. Featuring keynote speaker Matty Johns and MC Justin Karcher, enjoy an unforgettable night of laughs, mateship and premium dining at The Barn.
Includes alternate drop beef main and dessert, raffle prizes and an electric atmosphere.
