Our Committee
Casino Beef Week Promotions Committee Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation that was established in 1982. The aim of our festival has been and always will be, focused on promoting the Australian Beef Industry and its permanent place as a core value of our region.
Our festival is run by our event coordinators, who are supported by a voluntary committee of seven local community members and countless local volunteers. The organisation plans and coordinates the annual 9-day Casino Beef Week Festival through the sponsorship and support of many fantastic local businesses.
