As part of the Casino Beef Week 2025 celebrations, we are proud to present the Bindaree Industry Dinner – a premier evening dedicated to the future of Australian beef. Set in the warm and rustic surrounds of The Barn Steakhouse, this highly anticipated event brings together industry leaders, local producers, and beef enthusiasts for a night of insights, inspiration, and exceptional food.

This year’s dinner features an outstanding lineup of guest speakers who are helping shape the direction of the Australian beef sector:

🔹 Andrew McDonald – CEO of Bindaree Food Group, who will share his expert perspective on market trends, export opportunities, and the innovation driving Bindaree’s position as a major player in the beef supply chain.
🔹 Yuki Qian – A respected voice in international trade and agribusiness, offering valuable insights into global demand, consumer expectations, and the outlook for Australian beef on the world stage.
🔹 Ripley Atkinson – A dynamic agricultural analyst and advocate for next-gen farming, Ripley will explore sustainability, data-driven production, and how young farmers can influence the industry’s direction.
🔹 The Hon. Larry Anthony AO – Former Federal Minister and agricultural advocate, Larry brings his political and policy experience to the table, offering a broader context on government influence, regional opportunities, and the role of community in industry growth.

Guests will enjoy a delicious two-course meal showcasing local Northern Rivers produce, with premium beef at the heart of the menu. As always, The Barn Steakhouse will deliver top-quality hospitality in a setting that celebrates our rich agricultural heritage.
