About Me

Hey, my name is Stella-Grace, but everyone calls me Stella. I am 16 years old in year 10 at St Mary’s Catholic College, Casino. I have lived in the Casino area since 2021, after moving from Tamworth, NSW. My biggest passion is agriculture, but mainly the beef industry. I live on a property out of Casino, breeding commercial Hereford cross cattle and have established a Fleckvieh, Simmental stud with my family, ‘Culmaran Pines’ . My passion for Beef Week grew from being in the show ring most weekends and spending every minute trying to expand my knowledge on cattle. I entered the Beef Week ambassador program to connect with everyone in the community, connect with industry leaders and gain experiences that my community offers. I can’t wait for Beef Week to showcase the community and what it means to the beef industry.
