Stall Holders
Be part of Casino Beef Week and showcase your business to thousands of attendees across one of the region’s most iconic events.
Our markets feature a curated mix of food, retail, artisan, and community stalls, creating a vibrant and high-quality experience for visitors.
Applications are now open and will be reviewed as they are received. With limited space available, we strongly encourage early submission.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a stall. All applications are carefully assessed to ensure a balanced and diverse market.
2026 Ambassador Applications
The Casino Beef Week Ambassador Program is a non-competitive, inclusive program focused on community connection and active participation in the festival.
Open to males and females aged 15–25, Ambassadors support Beef Week events, welcome visitors, assist with community activities, and represent the friendly, inclusive spirit of Casino Beef Week. There is no judging component and no single title awarded; the program is about involvement, experience, and representing the community.
This program is ideal for young people who are enthusiastic, community-minded, and keen to be involved in one of Australia’s most iconic agricultural festivals in a hands-on and supportive role.
